Is there a difference between split and non-split dive fins?
I'm about to buy some dive fins for a excellence and was wondering if there was a difference in performance between the two or if the split fin was a fad.
split fins are easier to swim with than non-split fins. why? because they have a baby nook that non-split fins don't have, which makes it easier to propel yourself faster through the water while gaining the intrepidity you need. non-split fins are for training because they're harder to move through the water, therefore you train your calf muscles when you swim.
profit luck!
