My Husband has a c-pap wondering how to reduce the moisture in a full face mask?
My economize on has a c-pap machine for sleep apenea and he has to wear the full face mask due to chornic sinus problems. He was wondering what to do for all the moisture. He said he feels like he is in a pour forest. He has tried to increase and decrease the humidity levels he tried putting a daily towel in side the walls of the mask.
Any suggestions?
Does he have a humidifier unavailable to his machine? Usually, this can be adjusted as to how much humidity it puts in. If he does not and this steam/mist is from him exhaling into the mask - this is conventional. You do not want dry air - this dries out his nasal passages. Your best bet would be to call the company where he got his C-PAP machine and have them offer pinch suggestions to your problem.
